Laura's Work: Laura is currently back part-time at the NYS Department of Health's Bureau of Quality and Surveillance for Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded.

Dossier: Laura Ellen Mandel (nee Bibula (bib 'YÜ-luh)) was born on September 20th, 1969 in Manhattan, NY. The middle child of three (an older brother, Steven, and a younger sister, Susan), she was raised in Queens. Ask her about it sometime. She married Josh on October 28th, 2001.

I swear this is a candid photograph. Laura and Kielie just happened to be passing by a mottled blue background such as occurs naturally in the environment, and they turned and looked at me JUST as I snapped the picture.
