Great idea on your self-contained gardening system. I live on the 36 floor in Shijiazhuang China and I made one of your gardens, it works so unbelievably well that I made a 3 level stack garden on my balcony. My friends also have them now.Peace to your family and godbless. We all thank you for posting your great idea!

Hi, Just stumbled upon your instructions for the garden box and am thrilled as it didn't seem very cost effective to spend $50 on the online kit just to grow a couple cabbages and some tomatoes. Thank you so much for your kindness in sharing your instructions.

Please, please consider converting the Callahan's Crosstime Saloon game to an app for the iPad and iTouch!
I just found the Flight of the Amazon Queen converted to an app. It would be so great to take some of the old games and make them apps. I don't know how hard it would be, but pretty please, will you think about it?
I MISS playing the crosstime saloon game and the current operating systems do not support it.

My daughter has been bugging me to start a garden since we moved across the country five years ago. I can now do so without digging up all the sand, rocks, and acorns we have in our yard. Has anyone grown corn in theirs yet? I love the simplicity!

Thanks so much for the plans for the self-watering planter. I made two of them this weekend, and besides being fun, I have four tomato plants planted. I live in the high desert, so conserving water is important and keeping the tomatoes hydrated is a challenge. I posted about it on my blog and gave you credit at http://anygivensundry.blogspot.com

Thank you for putting up the detailed plans for homemade growing containers. I saw them a couple of years ago and ended up putting 30 of them on my garage roof. I've got together with a few like minded neighbors here in the middle of the City of Chicago and we're all doing it.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!
